- olive oil
- celery stalks (chopped)
- sliced bell pepper
- chopped white onion
- minced carrots
- minced garlic
- Knorr chicken cube
- cabbage (shred/sliced)
- basil leaves
- oregano leaves
- gochugaru pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare the pot, heat it and pour-in some olive oil.
- Sauté celery, bell pepper, onions, minced carrots, and minced garlic.
- Add water as soup, Knorr chicken cube and let it boil for few minutes.
- Add sliced tomatoes and cabbage. Simmer for few minutes.
- Season some basil leaves, oregano leaves, and gochugaru pepper.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve and enjoy.
